Concierge Medicine
Our concierge memberships include comprehensive lab work, dexa scans, AN EKG, nutritional and lifestyle counseling, hormone testing and Hormone therapy, prescriptions, peptides, GLP-1s, Screening and specialist referrals, a messaging portal, an office hours Nurse text and phone line, and more.
Comprehensive Testing
we offer extensive lab work, drawn in our office, to test general health, inflammation markers, hormones, cardiovascular health, and more. We also have a Dexa Scan to test bone density and Body composition. Our concierge membership includes annual bloodwork, A dexa scan, and EKG, along with a treatment plan to address irregularities.
Aesthetics
We offer a wide array of aesthetic services including a fractional laser, vascular laser, c02 laser, neurotoxins, filler, sculptra, microneedling, attiva skin tightening, avelli cellulite reduction, Xerf RF Skin Tightening, lymphatic and buccal massages, and more.
Longevity
We offer Peptides, Hormone Replacement therapy, and tirzepatide and semaglutide along with a nutrition and exercise plan, symptom management and support, weekly visits with weigh-ins on our comprehensive scale, and customized dosing for optimal weight loss and/or treatment of inflammation.

Dr. Stubbs is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine with a Masters in Nutrition from Columbia University. Prior to Rooted Femme, she worked as a Hospitalist for bone marrow transplant patients. At the time, she was overworked, under slept, eating junk on the go, and feeling generally unwell. She saw her doctor to assess her overall health and when her labs came back normal, she was scooted out the door with no other support. Dr. Stubbs started this practice because she wanted to be the doctor she believes she deserved. Most primary care practices only scratch the surface of your health and wellness, but at Rooted Femme we listen to your symptoms big and small, assess your lifestyle, do all the testing, and empower you to live in an intentional way that supports your overall health and longevity.

No, we do not accept insurance for office visits or in office services. We can submit additional labwork outside of our typical offerings to your insurance and medications sent to your pharmacy can be submitted for insurance coverage as well.

No, patients interested in getting annual labwork, a Dexa Scan, and a visit with Dr. Stubbs, can pay a one time fee for those services, however, membership will be required for any additional services including prescriptions, referrals, etc.

No, while we do offer an Aesthetic Membership with heavily discounted treatments and an included monthly treatment, you are not required to have a membership to receive any aesthetic services.

GLP-1 prescriptions do not require membership, though members do receive discounts on GLP-1 medications. Our medical wight loss program does include weekly visits with symptom support and personalized dosing, however that is at no additional cost beyond the cost of the medication. Peptide prescriptions, however, do require membership as they fall under our membership prescription services.
Our Space
Rooted femme is a space for our patients to relax, recharge, educate themselves, and engage with our community. Our spacious lounge is stocked with tea, coffee, and chilled waters. Our meditation suite offers large chaise lounges with red light therapy and PEMF Grounding Mats.
