Rooted Femme is a whole body, whole person healthcare experience providing Primary Care Medicine, Nutritional and Lifestyle Counseling, Medical Weight Loss with Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, Injectables, Lasers, Skincare, Hair Growth Restoration, and more. Dr. Brooke Stubbs will cater services to your individual needs, focusing on building healthy, sustainable habits to lessen your risk of chronic disease and add quality years to your life.

The CONCIERGE MEMBERSHIP

$150/month or $1500/annually

The Concierge Membership is for patients looking for a Primary Care Physician who also specializes in lifestyle medicine, nutritional science, and hormone therapy. This membership includes an annual comprehensive health check including an initial 1 hour appointment and a 30 minute follow-up appointment. Patients will receive in-office blood work, an EKG, a physical exam, referrals for specialists, referrals for any x-rays or screenings, prescriptions if needed, a lifestyle and nutritional assessment, and a skincare/aesthetic assessment, if desired.

Patients will then also receive access to all primary care services and to Dr. Stubbs as their concierge doctor. Patients may call, text our office, or message through our portal for prescription refills, screening referrals, or specialist referrals, no appointment necessary unless it is a new prescription or new dosing or requires in-person examination. For office visits following the first two visits included in the membership, patients will be charged:

30 minute virtual or in-person appointment - $150

1 hour virtual or in-person appointment - $250

*Concierge members will also receive significantly discounted “member pricing” on weight loss medication and all aesthetic treatments including lasers, microneedling, Dysport, Botox, filler, Sculptra, and SkinVive. Members will also have unlimited access to our meditation suite with red light therapy, complimentary hand and arm massages, infrared mats, and our exercise room with the Ampfit toning wall unit.
